At the bottom is the Lanaitto valley: our starting point.

We reach the Cuile Duavidda, an ancient Sheppard hut, at 800 meters of altitude.

From here we can see all the Badde Pentumas canyon leading to the Lanaitto valley. We climbed up from 150 m to 800, now it is time to climb down!

There's no streaming water in Badde Pentumas: it comes only during storms...

...But the drought of this year has dried everything: where I used to struggling to avoid stagnant ponds, now there's only solid rock!

We encounter many dead animals: mouflons, wild goats and boars.
It is not uncommon to find a couple of animals fallen in the canyon; but this time the amount of them is impressive and I wonder what has happened all these pour animals.
